Service Description

A space to create, feel, and explore without needing to explain. These sessions invite you into healing through image, sound, movement, and metaphor—no artistic skill required, just a willingness to show up. Together, we’ll use creative expression to connect with parts of you that words may not yet reach, helping you access insight, release emotion, and reconnect with your inner truth in a gentle, embodied way.
