Come home to the truth that…

A space for healing that weaves together trauma-informed therapy, somatic healing and EMDR to support the unraveling of survival patterns, reconnection with your inner knowing, and the remembering of who you are and who you’ve always been—whole, worthy, and already enough.

Trauma-informed, integrative therapy for those ready to move beyond survival patterns and reconnect with themselves.

You may be the one who holds it all together. You are the one others rely on, the one who keeps going even when things feel hard. And still, something feels off.

Your mind may feel busy, constantly scanning, analyzing, and trying to get things right. You might find yourself overthinking conversations, questioning your reactions, or wondering why things affect you as deeply as they do.

You may notice patterns that repeat despite your insight. You may find yourself drawn into similar relationship dynamics, reacting in ways that surprise you, or turning toward control, shutdown, or self-criticism when something inside feels overwhelming.

At the same time, you may feel a quiet longing for peace, a craving for deeper connection, or a pull toward living more authentically. You may find yourself caught in a loop of endless self-improvement, always working on yourself but rarely feeling like it is enough.

This disconnection may show up in your body, in your relationship with food, or in the quiet tension you carry throughout your day. You may feel caught between holding it all together and wanting to let go, unsure how to feel safe enough to do either.

You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, grief, or a season of change that is asking something new of you. If this feels familiar, there is nothing wrong with you. These patterns were shaped by what you have lived through, and they can change.

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

I support thoughtful, self-aware adults in coming home to themselves by loosening patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are cycle breakers, highly sensitive people, or individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, shame, perfectionism, and life transitions. I also work closely with women in the perinatal season, including pregnancy and early motherhood, as well as those exploring their relationship with food, body image, and disordered eating.

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in a mind–body perspective. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work to support healing that is both relieving and lasting. Together, we move beyond insight alone and into meaningful change in how you feel in your body, your relationships, and your day-to-day life.

At its core, this work is about softening what has been braced for too long and gently opening the heart in ways that feel safe and supported. We cultivate a kind of soft strength that allows you to stay connected to yourself, especially in the moments that once pulled you away.
