you matter. deeply.

Come home to the truth that…

A space for healing that weaves together trauma-informed therapy, somatic healing and EMDR to support the unraveling of survival patterns, reconnection with your inner knowing, and the remembering of who you are and who you’ve always been—whole, worthy, and already enough.

This space may be for you if....

You want to live more authentically but find yourself held back by shame, self-doubt, perfectionism, or people-pleasing.

You feel stuck in the same patterns, despite your insight, self-awareness, and best efforts to change.

You feel deeply, care deeply, and notice what others miss, but have spent years believing these qualities make you "too sensitive."

You struggle to identify your own needs, trust your own voice, or make decisions without second-guessing yourself.

You find yourself overgiving, overfunctioning, or taking responsibility for the emotions and well-being of others.

You keep having the same conflicts in your relationships, find yourself caught in recurring relationship dynamics, or struggle to communicate your needs without guilt, fear, or defensiveness.

You long for deeper connection but feel stuck between wanting closeness and protecting yourself from disappointment, rejection, or hurt.

You are carrying the impact of emotional neglect, attachment wounds, a mother wound, father wound, estrangement, or complicated family relationships.

You are learning to live with grief—for a person, a relationship, a season of life, or the love, protection, guidance, and connection you needed but never received.

You find yourself at a threshold of change—whether that's motherhood, a career transition, a relationship shift, or a season of becoming—and want support navigating what comes next.

You are ready to move beyond survival and cultivate a more connected, authentic, and fulfilling relationship with yourself.

Shealyn again looking calming and professional. while leaning against a wall she turns her head and smiles kindly into the camera. she is whearing a off-white blouse, and has gold simple drop earrings on, her hair is long straight and brunette.
Welcome, I’m Shaelyn and I'm so glad you’re here.

I believe many of the struggles we carry today make sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them.

The people I work with are often thoughtful, insightful, and deeply caring. They may have spent years adapting—attuning to the needs of others, carrying more than their share, and becoming who they needed to be to stay connected, belong, or feel safe. Yet beneath the surface, they may feel disconnected from themselves, uncertain of their needs, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them.

My role is not to "fix" you. It is to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate a more compassionate and connected relationship with yourself. Together, we explore the patterns that once helped you survive, honor the wisdom within them, and create space for meaningful and lasting change.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, EMDR therapist, and Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician, I integrate evidence-based approaches with a warm, relational, and holistic perspective. Whether we are healing trauma, navigating relationship challenges, processing grief, or moving through a significant life transition, my goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and aligned.
