Come home to the truth that…
A space for healing that weaves together trauma-informed therapy, somatic healing and EMDR to support the unraveling of survival patterns, reconnection with your inner knowing, and the remembering of who you are and who you’ve always been—whole, worthy, and already enough.
You matter. Not just in theory. In how you feel and live.
Maybe you hold it all together on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, reactive, or exhausted from overthinking.
Maybe you understand your past and still find yourself repeating the same patterns.
Maybe you are in a season of transition such as grief, pregnancy, parenting, or a career change, and everything feels uncertain.
Maybe you have spent years people pleasing, striving, or pretending things are fine while quietly losing touch with yourself.
If this sounds familiar, you are not broken. Your nervous system learned to protect you. The patterns that frustrate you today likely helped you survive yesterday.
Now you are ready for something different. You are ready to come home to yourself.

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who are ready to loosen patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are cycle breakers, highly sensitive people, or individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, shame, perfectionism, and life transitions.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in nervous system care. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS-informed parts work, and expressive modalities to support healing that feels both relieving and lasting. This work is focused and effective. It supports symptom relief while also creating sustainable change in how you feel in your body, your relationships, and your day-to-day life.
Healing happens in the presence of safety and collaboration. We move at a pace that honors your story and your nervous system. This is where survival patterns soften and self-trust grows.
