Come home to the truth that…
A space for healing that weaves together trauma-informed therapy, somatic healing and EMDR to support the unraveling of survival patterns, reconnection with your inner knowing, and the remembering of who you are and who you’ve always been—whole, worthy, and already enough.
You matter. Not just in theory. In how you feel and live.
Maybe you hold it all together on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, reactive, or exhausted from overthinking.
Maybe you understand your past and still find yourself repeating the same patterns.
Maybe you are in a season of transition such as grief, pregnancy, parenting, or a career change, and everything feels uncertain.
Maybe you have spent years people pleasing, striving, or pretending things are fine while quietly losing touch with yourself.
Maybe this disconnection shows up in your relationship with food or your body, caught between control, comfort, and self-criticism, unsure how to feel at home in yourself.
Maybe the people you love most are also the ones who trigger you most, leaving you wondering why connection can feel so hard.
If this sounds familiar, you are not broken. Your nervous system learned to protect you. The patterns that frustrate you today likely helped you survive yesterday.
Now you are ready for something different. You are ready to come home to yourself.

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
I support thoughtful, self-aware adults in coming home to themselves by loosening patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are cycle breakers, highly sensitive people, or individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, shame, perfectionism, and life transitions. I also work closely with women in the perinatal season, including those who are pregnant or navigating early motherhood, as well as individuals exploring their relationship with food, body image, and disordered eating.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in a mind–body approach. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS-informed parts work, and expressive modalities to support healing that feels both relieving and lasting. This work is both gentle and effective. It supports symptom relief while also creating sustainable change in how you feel in your body, your relationships, and your day-to-day life.
At its core, this work is about softening what has been braced for too long and gently opening the heart in ways that feel safe and supported. Together, we cultivate a kind of soft strength, one that allows you to stay connected to yourself while meeting life with greater clarity, courage, and care.
