about
I'm so glad you're here.
Taking the first step to find a therapist is brave work. I know because I’ve been in your shoes. Long before I was a therapist, I was a client first. My healing journey began in college when an amazing therapist came into my life, threw me a life raft and guided me through some pretty tough stuff.
This radically changed the course for my life for the better. Fast forward 25 years since my first therapy experience, and after a whole lotta learning, living and growing, I’m so grateful to be here, ready and willing to extend a hand to you in your time of need.

Because you matter, your needs matter, and your healing matters.
When it comes to professional development and my own healing, I want you to know this: I’ve shown up, and I will continue to show up. I am committed to becoming the wise, steady presence I once needed and rarely experienced.
I believe that deep healing is supported by both lived experience and ongoing learning. If you'd like to explore the professional training, certifications, and memberships that guide and inform my work, you can learn more below. I earned my Master’s in Holistic Counseling, along with a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Study in Holistic Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Expressive and Creative Arts, from Salve Regina University, a CACREP-accredited program. My Approach
Healing requires presence, connection, and authenticity. My approach is collaborative and relational. We’re in this together. I offer down-to-earth, attuned support that goes beyond symptom management, helping you address root patterns and create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.

A big part of this work is learning to mother yourself into wholeness. It is a return to your needs, a softening into your inner voice, and a deep listening to the language of your body. Healing is not just something we think through. It is something we feel, move through, and integrate over time. This is where somatic work comes in, guiding you out of your head and back into connection with yourself.
I weave together holistic mental health counseling, somatic therapy, EMDR, attachment and mother wound work, expressive arts, and energy practices. My approach blends modern science with ancient wisdom and is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally aware care. Your healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I am here to support you in a way that feels aligned, responsive, and true to you.
At the heart of my work are the values of integrity, connection, transparency, service, self-expression, creativity, and simplicity. They shape both my work and the way I move through my own life. This is deep, embodied healing. Not just insight, but lived change you can feel.
If this speaks to you, I would love to walk alongside you in your process.
Outside the Therapy Room:
I live in rural Rhode Island with my husband, two daughters, rescue pup, and three cats. My perfect day includes sleeping in, slow mornings with a hot cup of coffee, hiking in the woods, cooking a delicious meal to good music, and spending time with family and friends. Dance is where I feel most free and most myself. I also have an ever-growing book collection (and have read most of them!). I feel most fulfilled when I’m engaged in practices that connect me to myself, my loved ones, nature, and the world around me.
