Our services

Come home to yourself.

woman looking out window at a mountinous landscape

You feel it. A quiet pull toward something deeper.

Maybe you look like you’re holding it all together, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, grieving, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit.

You may find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, or carrying everyone else’s needs while losing touch with your own.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people navigating

anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship stress, attachment wounds, motherhood, life transitions, or the lasting impact of difficult early experiences.

Through trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, somatic healing, and attachment-focused work, I help clients move beyond survival patterns and reconnect with their emotions, needs, relationships, and sense of self.

Therapy can be a space to understand what shaped you, reconnect with yourself, and build greater safety, connection, and self-trust.

Options That Meet You Where You Are

Individual Therapy

Therapy for Anxiety, Burnout,
Trauma, Grief, and Emotional Overwhelm

Many of my clients are reflective, self-aware women who are often perceived as strong and capable. While that strength is real, they may quietly carry anxiety, burnout, grief, self-doubt, relationship stress, or shame, alongside a longing to feel more vulnerable, authentic, and connected.

Therapy for Women

I often work with women who learned early to follow the rules, meet expectations, and become who they thought they should be, all while quietly questioning whether those expectations ever truly fit. They became responsible, accommodating, and highly attuned to others, sometimes at the expense of their own needs, voice, or sense of self. Over time, it can become difficult to tell the difference between who you learned to be and who you actually are.

This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that had to go quiet in order to survive.

EMDR  Therapy

Certified EMDR Therapy

for When the Past Still Feels Present

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and body process experiences from the past that continue to shape how you feel, respond, and relate in the present.

Sometimes this work is about what happened to you: loss, rejection, criticism, betrayal, conflict, or experiences that left you feeling unsafe or alone.

Other times, it is about what didn’t happen for you: the safety, protection, attunement, encouragement, or emotional support you needed but may not have received.

When the Past Still Feels Present

You may notice certain memories, triggers, or emotional reactions feeling bigger than the moment itself. Even when you understand why you react the way you do, your nervous system may still respond as though the past is happening now.

The goal is not to erase your past, but to help it feel integrated so it no longer runs the present.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy for Healing, Communication, and Connection

Relationships can be both deeply loving and deeply triggering. Many couples find themselves stuck in cycles of conflict, defensiveness, withdrawal, resentment, or emotional disconnection, even when there is still love underneath.

I often share a simple equation from Dr. Alexandra Solomon:

your issues + my issues = our issues

Understanding Your Relationship Patterns

Most relationship conflict is not about one person being “the problem.” It is about the cycle that develops between you. Each partner brings their own attachment history, sensitivities, needs, and protective ways of responding. Under stress, these responses can trigger one another, creating patterns that can be difficult to step out of on your own.

With support, the patterns that keep you stuck can become easier to understand, interrupt, and move through together.

Perinatal Mental Health Support

Therapy for Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Motherhood

The transition into motherhood can be beautiful, tender, overwhelming, and deeply identity-shifting all at once.

Whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, grieving a loss, navigating matrescence, or adjusting to the emotional and relational changes that come with motherhood, you don’t have to do it alone.

Motherhood, Identity & Attachment

Motherhood has a way of bringing old wounds, attachment patterns, unmet needs, and questions of identity to the surface. Sometimes becoming a mother changes the way we understand our own childhood, our relationships, and even ourselves. Together, we make space for both what is happening now and what motherhood may be bringing forward from the past, with compassion, curiosity, and support as you find your footing in this new season of yourself.

You deserve space to be supported through this season, too.

A Gentle Invitation to Begin

You don’t have to be fully ready.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You simply have to be willing to begin.

This work is not about fixing what’s broken.

It’s about remembering what’s whole.

It’s about softening into who you’ve always been—beneath the masks, the proving, the pain.

Whether you’re stepping into therapy, coaching, or simply reaching out for the first time, know this:

You don’t have to do it alone.

I’m here to walk beside you—gently, with presence, care, and reverence for your becoming.

Come home to yourself. One breath, one truth, one step at a time.
