Come home to yourself.
holistic therapy in RI / woman looking out window

You feel it—a quiet pull toward something deeper.

This work is a return to your truth, your body, your worth.

I support women who feel stuck in overdrive or shutdown—caught in anxious loops, inner tension, or a sense of numbness. Many struggle to make decisions or feel like they’re constantly falling short, even when they’re doing everything they can to keep it together. Together, we tend to mother wounds, nervous system care, emotional expression, and the shift from performing to embodying.

This isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering what’s whole.

This is not one-size-fits-all healing. My work meets you where you are and gently guides you inward.

It’s a space of presence, curiosity, and deep remembering. Whether you’re seeking therapeutic support, soul-centered coaching, or a safe space to process and integrate, I offer a variety of pathways—each grounded in trust, compassion, and the belief that you already hold the wisdom you need. Every offering is an invitation to return—to yourself, your truth, to connection and your capacity to heal.

Individual Therapy

For individuals ready to move beyond survival mode and engage in meaningful, integrative therapy that supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and relational self-awareness. Together, we explore the patterns, protective parts, and early experiences that contribute to persistent symptoms, inner dis-ease, or a sense of being stuck. This work gently invites you into greater somatic awareness, emotional capacity, and self-compassion. Through a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, therapy becomes a space to reclaim your voice, reconnect to your values, and build an embodied sense of safety and trust.

Available to therapy clients in Rhode Island (telehealth + limited in-person on Mondays and Fridays).

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)  is a focused and effective approach for working through distressing or traumatic experiences that continue to shape how you feel and respond today. You may notice certain memories, triggers, or relationship dynamics bringing up reactions that feel bigger than the moment.

EMDR helps your brain and nervous system process what hasn’t fully resolved. Rather than reliving the past, we work in a structured and supportive way so those experiences lose their intensity and grip. Many clients experience relief from anxiety, emotional reactivity, intrusive thoughts, or patterns that have felt stuck for years.

This work is paced with care and grounded in safety. Together, we build stability first, then move gently toward what needs healing. The goal is not to erase your past, but to help it feel integrated so it no longer runs the present.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be both deeply loving and deeply triggering. You may find yourselves stuck in cycles of conflict, defensiveness, or distance, even when you care about each other. I often share a simple equation: your issues + my issues = our issues (Dr. Alexandra Solomon’s "Golden Equation of Love"). Most conflict is not about one person being the problem. It’s about how two histories and two nervous systems interact under stress. In our work, we slow the pattern down rather than argue the content. Using attachment-based and somatic approaches, we help you move from reactivity toward understanding, safety, and steadier connection.

Perinatal Mental Health Support

The threshold of motherhood is tender, complex, and often under-supported. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, processing loss, or rediscovering yourself in the swirl of motherhood, this space welcomes all of you. Together, we work with emotional overwhelm, anxiety, identity shifts, grief, and relationship changes—grounding in compassion, nervous system care, and your evolving sense of self.

Parenting Support

Parenting can stretch you in ways nothing else does. Moments of love and joy can sit right alongside overwhelm, guilt, or reactivity. This work supports you in parenting from a steadier, more resourced place. Together, we gently explore the parts of you that learned to cope without the support you needed. As those parts feel understood and cared for, your responses with your child can begin to shift.

Parenting support is not about perfection. It’s about increasing your capacity to stay grounded in hard moments, trust your intuition, and build a connection with your child that feels secure, authentic, and sustainable.

A Gentle Invitation to Begin

You don’t have to be fully ready.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You simply have to be willing to begin.

This work is not about fixing what’s broken.

It’s about remembering what’s whole.

It’s about softening into who you’ve always been—beneath the masks, the proving, the pain.

Whether you’re stepping into therapy, coaching, or simply reaching out for the first time, know this:

You don’t have to do it alone.

I’m here to walk beside you—gently, with presence, care, and reverence for your becoming.

Come home to yourself. One breath, one truth, one step at a time.
