I support women who feel stuck in overdrive or shutdown—caught in anxious loops, inner tension, or a sense of numbness. Many struggle to make decisions or feel like they’re constantly falling short, even when they’re doing everything they can to keep it together. Together, we tend to mother wounds, nervous system care, emotional expression, and the shift from performing to embodying.
This isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering what’s whole.

Individual Therapy
For individuals ready to move beyond survival mode and engage in meaningful, integrative therapy that supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and relational self-awareness. Together, we explore the patterns, protective parts, and early experiences that contribute to persistent symptoms, inner dis-ease, or a sense of being stuck. This work gently invites you into greater somatic awareness, emotional capacity, and self-compassion. Through a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, therapy becomes a space to reclaim your voice, reconnect to your values, and build an embodied sense of safety and trust.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, body-informed modality that helps release the emotional charge of traumatic and/or distressing memories as well as limiting beliefs. Rather than reliving the past, EMDR supports your brain and body in reprocessing experiences in a way that fosters healing, resilience, and nervous system regulation. Integrated into individual therapy sessions when clinically appropriate.
Couples Therapy
This work is for couples seeking deeper connection, clearer communication, and greater emotional safety. Rooted in a trauma-informed, attachment-aware approach, we focus on nervous system co-regulation, unmet needs, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you’re reconnecting, repairing, or learning new ways to grow together, this space supports honest, compassionate partnership.
Perinatal Mental Health Support
This work is for couples seeking deeper connection, clearer communication, and greater emotional safety. Rooted in a trauma-informed, attachment-aware approach, we focus on nervous system co-regulation, unmet needs, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck.
